We spend hours upon hours hunched over our desks and crafting tables…
…and then we wonder why we develop pain in our necks, upper and lower backs, shoulders, and elsewhere. Even headaches!
Of course, it’s worth it. Crafting itself is a great way to relax and relieve stress.
But many crafters find additional relief and relaxation in yoga. Even if you’ve never tried yoga before and don’t think you can do it, it’s probably easy for you to find a welcoming class near you at a gym, rec center, or yoga studio. (You can always call and ask which classes are best for beginners.)
Or, if you don’t feel like venturing out into the world, guess what? There are thousands of great at-home yoga videos online for free!
